“Pristine” Properties is Poorly Managed

The property itself was nice and convenient to the beach. Overall it was a good trip. My issue is the property mgmt co. They gave me the wrong code to access the unit. Tried calling them, no answer. Luckily they were located next door and I caught them before they closed. Not sure what would’ve happened if I had arrived later. Later that night I discovered there was no WiFi password provided. I called the office in the morning and Cara said she wasn’t sure what the password was and would call me back. She never did. Little things like this show such disregard for guests. These additional stresses on my vacation really sour the overall experience. But they have my money so who cares about basic things like WiFi and oh I don’t know, access to the unit!
