The hotel is dated and the rooms should be remodeled. The rooms are pricey but not modern. The room was dark even after turning on all the available lighting inside. The furniture is scratched up and the coffee maker was next to the TV and the TV hung over the stand it was on. in order to move the TV angle, you had to move the coffee maker.
Housekeeping is lacking, I was told if there was no sign declining service on the room door , housekeeping would automatically come in and replace towels, empty trash etc. They did it the first day but after 2 days nobody checked my room, I finally stopped a housekeeper that was outside in the hallway on my floor and asked her to please provide new towels, toilet paper and empty the trash. She appeared annoyed that I asked for service.
People were propping open the side doors to let others in, or waiting outside and calling to be let in instead of using the main entrance.
The best part of this hotel was the bed. It was very comfortable.
