Both bedrooms are located on the second level and brand new flooring and paint throughout. In unit laundry with bathroom and shower on primary floor, and another bathroom and shower upstairs. Unit is in a gated community, electric vehicle charges station, steps from the beach. Enjoy your breakfast on the 3 barstools or entertain on the 6 person dining table. Relax on the couch, as you look out the balcony, as you enjoy an evening of relaxed television.
