Hotel maintenance had to come and fix a smelly blocked drain. Restrictions on aircon use due to placement of external unit. I’m older so I like a top sheet not just a bed cover. It was clean and certainly a great location.

One bedroom apartment, small but workable. The noise from the larger apartments upstairs is terrible and the noise when they come down stairs is extremely loud. Some children were playing on the stairs so the noise was ongoing for the last two nights. Told that the one bedroom apartments were serviced daily but told by staff they were only serviced once a week, we had to find staff to get fresh towels every two days. The bed was comfortable and the siting area was fine. The door windows needed washing as many hand prints, the carpet needs a good steam clean. The garage door in 15 doesn’t open unless you get out of the car and close to the door to open it. The staff were lovely and the young lass that helped us with fresh towels every two days was bright cheerful and welcoming. I would stay again but would bring other family members and get an upstairs apartment.

The apartment was nice and comfortable. We did have some issues checking in and we were there at 5:30pm and the posted hours for closing was 6pm. Had to contact the staff on the intercom and it kept cutting out which made it hard to understand the code to get the keys for the room. We also scanned the code in the room to get the Wi-Fi password and it took us to the website, which gave us the wrong code. Again, had to go to the front of the office and get on the intercom phone to get the proper Wi-Fi code. Additionally, we were supposed to have water and milk, which were not in the fridge…

I would not recommend this small accommodation unit. It does not match the online images or descriptions. Specifically we noticed : Broken blind in lounge area, could not be raised at all.Impossible to wind up. Small bar fridge was broken at top outside; and inside had broken or missing shelves/ compartments. Kitchenette had only very small saucepan, not big enough to cook pasta etc. Bathroom only supplied 1 small shampoo and conditioner, not enough for 2 people staying for 2 days, mean! The noise from the upstairs aircon unit outside our bedroom window meant we could not sleep with the bedroom window open for fresh air. NB: the upstairs aircon unit being placed downstairs outside the bedroom was not indicated or shown online before booking.

Poor experience

Poor experience - Heating did not operate and the temp outside was around 3 degrees so family was very cold overnight. Raised the following day, where staff seemed to be aware of issue and we were swapped rooms. It did not live up to the price paid for the property so was a disappointing experience. No contact from owner, and a very minor discount was applied, however should really have been a refund.
