Site is exceptionnal, the lake better then a sea but the issue was the proprety wasn't well maintained, there was grass on the roof, leaking water, hot water never more then 1 person or 2 max per day, the ventilator wasn't working, AC is okey, but the proximity 3 sec to the beach almost like waterfront, golf cart not working and if you want to rent it its 100$ per day, kind of very expensive!

Our family came to church Stone for the first time dealing with the homeowner for our stay was fantastic. Quick to respond to all messages and all the amenities were extremely clean and easy for us to use. We had a great experience and we’ll do it again for sure.
