The space
Designed for families and groups, this modern Gulf Coast home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and blends open, airy living with coastal comfort.
The bright open-concept living area features abundant natural light, comfortable seating, and an electric fireplace for cooler evenings. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen includes a large island, coffee bar, and everything needed for group meals.
Convenience is built in with an in-unit washer and dryer, Pack ’n Play, high chair, and beach essentials provided for an easier stay.
Guest access
Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home and all amenities, including indoor and outdoor living spaces, decks, tiki bar, grill area, and yard.
Beach access is available via the subdivision walkover and by golf cart. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.
Owner’s closet, attic, and garage are not accessible.

• Security Cameras: Three exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety and security. Cameras monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
• No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Parking: Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. Please park in the driveway only. Parking under the house or on the grass is not permitted.
• Beach Safety: Crystal Beach does not have lifeguards on duty. Swimming and beach activities are at guests’ own risk.
• Insects & Coastal Environment: As with most Gulf Coast properties, mosquitoes and other insects may be present, especially during warmer months. Guests may wish to bring insect repellent for outdoor comfort.
• Septic System Care: This home uses a sensitive septic system. Please flush only toilet paper and avoid putting grease, wipes, or other non-biodegradable items down drains.
• Grill Use: If using the charcoal grill, please ensure ashes are fully cooled before disposal and place them in a trash bag. Do not rinse ashes into the ground or outdoor areas.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season. Refunds for weather-related cancellations are available only when mandatory evacuation orders are issued by local authorities.
• Assumption of Risk: By accepting this reservation, guests acknowledge responsibility for risks associated with the property, beach access, and surrounding coastal environment.
