* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

This was a short-notice booking for me and my siblings who were in town for a funeral. The facility was ready and clean when we arrived and provided all of the amenities we needed. We were surprised considering we booked the day we arrived. We really enjoyed the view from the living room window and watching the ships come in. Excellent communication with the host.
