Nice quiet place to stay. Very close to restaurants and harbor . Very comfortable beds. Front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast available and is served at its on-site restaurant, 48° North Waterfront Restaurant + Bar. The breakfast, however, is not complimentary and comes with an additional charge.

This is a nice hotel, reasonably updated and clean. The area felt safe, and staff were great. The paved Olympic Discovery Trail is right behind the hotel, and it is located accross from the Pier shopping area, very convenient. I was able to walk to many stores the ferry terminal etc.

The restaurant was more of a sports bar than a traditional dining establishment. With the preparations for the crab festival starting the next day, there were no other options because of the problems getting the car in and out with so many detours that the GPS was unable to help with. Terrific views, but was charged extra at the last minute for.

The check in process or to purchase items in the lobby took forever. The computer system is so outdated it took 45 min for us to get checked in- 3 clerks running the desk and only 4 people ahead of us-this was at 515 pm- when we were done there were 8 people in line behind us. The clerks were awesome-they are just dealing with an archaic system
