Hall, spacious Living / Dining area with doors to Balcony - lovely Harbour views over the tops of the Dolphin Quays development. Stylish furnishing and comprehensively equipped. Fully fitted Miele kitchen. Master bedroom (kingsize 5ft double bed) with double fitted wardrobes and flatscreen TV. Leads to en-suite bathroom (large walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver point). Second bedroom (Standard 4ft 6 ins double bed) with fitted wardrobes, flatscreen TV and access to balcony. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver point).
Parking - One reserved parking space in the developments own secure car park (max height 2m/6`6").
