We had a seamless check in and the receptionist was very friendly. Overall, the staffs at the hotels were very nice and helpful. However, the mattress sinks in the middle and feels worn out, which made it very uncomfortable throughout the night. we could hardly sleep during the whole night as it was super uncomfortable.

Wonderful

Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing.

Charming Family Hotel

Great family hotel well located in the Engadin, with fantastic views. Check-in was smooth and professional with a welcoming glass of prosecco. Room was a good size and clean. You have the option to choose different pillows so I got the same type I use at home. Breakfast buffet has a great choice, with the option to order additional dishes. It goes on to 11am which is great for late risers (me!) or those who like to eat after morning exercise. Food on the terrace and Giodi is all good too. Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel felt half empty and when we checked in and we were given a room overlooking some outdoor steps. We asked if it was possible to have a room with a view. While showing us one someone went in our room and took the welcome chocolates.. very strange !! We decided against the £50+ to pay for the upgrade. Personally as a hotels.com vip member and the fact the hotel was not busy I would have expected maybe a better response to our request. Also we had 2 free drinks. Wine, Prosecco or a soft drink. My partner asked for a beer instead of wine but this was not possible !! Just felt the hotel could have been a little more flexible in their approach. The spa is lovely !

Es war wie schon zuvor eine wunderbare Zeit im Hotel Saratz. Das Frühstück im Jugendstilsaal mit Blick in die Berge ist immer spektakulär. Der Wellnessbereich sehr angenehm und der Shuttleservice zu den Skipisten ebenso.

Aussergewöhnliches Frühstücksbuffet! - Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, mit Shuttle zum Bahnhof. Die Kirche gleich nebenan erinnert dich jede Stunde - des Nachts! - dass wieder eine Stunde vergangen ist. Weshalb dieser unnötige Lärm während des Schlafes notwendig sein soll, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis.
