Der Wohnung würde eine Auffrischung gut tun. Das Bad und die Küche sind klein und etwas unpraktisc..

Der Wohnung würde eine Auffrischung gut tun. Das Bad und die Küche sind klein und etwas unpraktisch. Die Badewanne ist nicht notwendig und könnte mit einer etwas grosszügigeren Dusche ersetzt werden. In der Küche fehlt ein Platz zum Rüsten. Ansonsten aber alles super, vor allem die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht überzeugen!
