Very nice place, Flash was an awesome host. Amentities, area all was a wonderful visit. Had my grand children here to visit from Mandeville. They loved it, it was like camp.

Roaches and dead bugs on floors and window seals, entry door was filthy, towel rack in bath was broken, no hooks in bath, mattress was sponge like and the bed frame was very unstable, freezer was dirty and had old food in it , refrigerator was full of used condiments which left no room for our items, no ice maker in freezer. On a scale of 1 to 10, this unit gets a 3!

The hosts were easy to contact and to work with. The home was clean and had coffee and creamer. The bathroom was clean , it had towels washcloths along with soap and shampoo. The bedrooms were clean . This is a waterfront property, so we came with a canoe and a kayak. We were given permission to launch from thee shore at the home unfortunately the river was running to swiftly for us to do that. We did find another place very close by to put in. The location was good for us, as I wanted my grandson to go on a swamp tour and I wanted him to see New Orleans, but he is n still to n young to do much in the city. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing. I would rent this property again if I am in the b area again.
