Neutrally decorated throughout this villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Puerto Pollensa, within easy reach of the beaches & harbour. This property offers all that anyone could want for in a holiday villa with an abundance of natural light and plenty of relaxing or even entertaining space.



Constructed using quality materials, including marble floors, open plan kitchen (high quality kitchen with fully integrated appliances and stone work tops), modern white bathrooms with walk in showers, under floor heating to ground and radiators in the first floor, reverse cycle air conditioning, heated outdoor swimming pool, open and covered sun terraces with a barbecue area great for both gas and charcoal cooking.



The accommodation, which is distributed over two levels comprises on the ground floor of a well proportioned kitchen/living room & dining room filled with natural light and double-glazing throughout guarantees comfort all year round and the doors which lead on to the garden, pool area. An excellent sized double bedroom with en suite bathroom + ground floor cloakroom. Garage, a further sitting room with versatile use for a children´s playroom or music room/office. In the living room the television has Sky, French and Belgian satellite channels.



Upstairs meanwhile currently comprises of four spacious double bedrooms (one of which is a twin) all en suite facilities of which feature their own terrace (ideal place to enjoy the sun ) and a separate utility room.

Lovely Property but...

Property was clean and spacious. Facilities very good. But... Swimming pool was absolutely freezing cold and we were asked 500 Euros to put the heater on!! Pretty long walk to the town, 25-30 minutes with children. We reported a plumbing problem and were unable to use one of the bathrooms as the leakage was causing the little ones to slip over. Maintenance guy came in to fix it but was unable to, said he would return to sort it but didn't. Didn't spoil our holiday at all but wouldn't book again.

Great place for a family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, all 4 generations of family. Quiet neighborhood that is just a few minutes from the Port Pollença, Pollença town, Alcudia and easy access to the rest of the island. Easy close by shopping, with larger stores within a mile and a smaller store within walking distance. The property is clean, the pool is warm (without heating), the kitchen and living rooms are spacious as are the bedrooms. The property management company were really good in terms of making sure we had everything we needed. Just like anywhere in the region, keep bug repellent handy.
