This quiet neighborhood house is conveniently midway between the Gulf beaches and Tampa attractions (Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa), and Orlando attractions (Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld). The small but fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living room, the washer and dryer are yours to use, parking is off-street in a driveway, and in addition to the three bedrooms, additional sleeping is available on the large wrap-around couch.

The house has a smart TV in the living room (with an antenna w/25+ channels), an additional smart TV in the master bedroom (with an antenna w/25+ channels), high-speed internet, and Wi-Fi available. Clean house. Seems like a good neighborhood. A good, comfortable stay for a couple of nights. King bed was very soft, not the best for my back. The TV in the livingroom did not work. It just kept cycling back to the home screen. No batteries in bedroom TV remote. Record player also did not work, which was disappointing.

The home was as advertised. The furniture in the liy room was a bit more worn than it appeared online but it was still comfortable. Our host was very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with - the property location very convenient, house offered plenty of space, was clean and included many helpful extra amenities such as hair dryers, blenders,etc.which was greatly appreciated . Great location for Sun n Fun

My family and I stayed here for our annual trip to Sun n Fun in Lakeland. This comfortable home ended up being cheaper than a hotel room! Location was in a quiet neighborhood about 25 minutes from Lakeland. Very clean property, easy keypad door entry on arrival. comfortable beds and cold AC. Would definitely recommend!

Polk City Quiet Bungalow

Our Christmas week visit was made possible due to the Owner allowing us to bring our pet Dogs. My children and grandchildren live 15 miles away with easy access to either The Polk Parkway toll road or I-4. Upon arrival, the house was comfortably outfitted with furniture and king size bed providing great sleep.The kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils needed to create any meal imaginable.Plenty of clean towels, great lightng, nice sized yard allowing for parking my crew cab pickup on the driveway or carport.The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbor quite helpful.A great location for vacationing to Disney World, Leggo Land and a 45 minute drive from Tampa and Ybor City.A great deal and we will be back.
