The Good - Newer large house that will accommodate several. Large driveway to park several vehicles or even boats. Front gate can be secured. A/C works great.Double Oven was inoperative (and had to be known by Host), was replaced at 5pm, on second evening, during supper prep.The Not So Good - I had to call VRBO to the get entry code, forty minutes past check in time, after I had asked Host for it, two hrs prior, never responded. This was a major inconvenience as guest we waiting at house to enter.8 Adults stayed (and listed), there were 5 table forks & 5 salad forks. (please update your flatware)No flat sheets on bunk beds (lowers were used by adults). No instruction book at house. Outdoor cameras on all corners, that follow your every movement, hence a neighbor entering property to tell us about having a vehicle on grass (country weeds), which was temporary due to a trailer tire fix. Garage door wall opener inop, thank goodness we found the remote in a drawer. All electronic gear sits on a dresser in master, which is a light show, and makes noise. Outdoor grill accommodated 2 t-bone steaks at a time, enough said.Host would not communicate after day 2, we spent 7, so did not know when to put garbage to road. Bring your own garbage bags, wash cloths, flatware and laundry soap.Overall - Management should update needs of the guests, by supplying essential items and communicate.Turn OFF outdoor cameras upon check in.Us 8 would not stay here again.
