Wonderful villa with private pool, immersed in the countryside of the famous village of Polignano a Mare.



Set within an exclusive residential complex, the property boasts unique outdoor spaces perfect for guaranteeing guests plenty of privacy and relaxation. The villa is surrounded by a garden furnished with several outdoor dining tables and relaxation areas and a barbecue. A wonderful pool crowns the outdoor space available to guests. The villa entrance opens onto a spacious living area consisting of a lounge furnished with a double sofa bed, television, a dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. The sleeping area has two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and a TV. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout.

Known as the Pearl of the Adriatic, Polignano A Mare is a true Italian beauty. The historic centre, built on white cliffs overlooking the sea, is a maze of narrow streets, among which enchanting views and architectural beauties are hidden. Iconic is Lama Monachile beach, accessible through a road that was once the bed of a stream and which every year hosts the Red Bull Cliff Diving.

For street food enthusiasts, the seafood sandwiches are a must, large burgers of the freshest fish seasoned with selected local products.

For those who want to treat themselves to a luxury dinner, hidden among Polignano's caves is a top-level restaurant, Ristorante Grotta Palazzese, entirely carved into the rock and visible only from the sea.

In the surrounding area, don't miss Alberobello with its famous trulli and the medieval village of Conversano.

Italy vacation

We found the property very beautiful the location was a bit removed from the mainstream the neighbor's dog barked every day for about 8 hours a day and the 20 cats living on and around the property were constant nuisance the cat feces were found around and on the property
