View Arthouse - Historic House with a Terrace Overlooking the Sea

A 70-square-meter historic residence in the historic center of Polignano a Mare with a small balcony overlooking the sea; the rooms are simple yet refined, with white as the dominant color, evoking a Mediterranean atmosphere.
To enhance the spaces in this historic 18th-century residence, we chose materials typical of our region: the walls and vaults are finished with natural plaster, while the floors and bathroom walls feature cocciopesto as the focal point. The terrace offers views of the sea and the historic center.
The space
