"My friends and I had a wonderful time at this house! The house is very comfortable and quiet. You'll find everything you need for your stay, including coffee machines, condiments, a full kitchen, a bbq, and a lovely propane fire that you can enjoy outside on the patio in the evening. The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable with new linens, pillows etc. If you are looking for a place to go with your family or friends, this is a great option! "We had booked with Expedia and for some reason our booking at our other property fell through. Expedia replaced our booking with one at this amazing Resort and Spa as well as picked up the extra cost for our stay. The resort was a 5 out of 5 but as for Expedia ……they were a 10 out of 5 thank you so much for making sure we were well looked after! I will forever book Expedia! "

"We loved Dan’s cottage and felt very much at home during our stay. We had been traveling to visit colleges for about a week before our arrival. We were able to regroup, do laundry, cook dinner and walk on the beach. We were touring UBC and U of Vic during our local stay. They are our son’s top choices. I have already shared Dan’s VRBO link with family. The hope is if our son goes to school in BC, we will be reaching out to him to stay in the cottage a lot more in the future."
