"we loved loved our 1 night stay. the bed configuration worked so well for our family of 4 with 2 kids. the rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with plates and spoons and microwave and fridge. Only small complaint was there was no Keurig coffee in the room, i had to go downstairs to get coffee. The coffee satchets in the room kitchen was not good."

"It was incredible! Everything was so amazing and we will definitely be staying again!!! The only criticism I would have is the floors were a little bit dirty, they did make the bottoms of our feet turn dark, however, this to us is a very minor thing, just something to note! Our stay though was absolutely amazing and we would definitely come back!"

"Our family had a great time staying in the house. In addition to the Island activities, the kids went kayaking every day, dug for clams, played the board games in the house, watched movies, and enjoyed the view. The boots available to dig for clams were a very nice touch for the amenities. The stay was overwhelmingly positive, a couple negatives were the cottage next door was used while we were there and it was unclear if we were supposed to share the kayaks. Kathy assured us there wouldn’t be a problem and there wasn’t. The other negative for us was the hint of cat smell or old house smell. We have cat allergies and did not have any issues so it wasn’t a big deal, but concerned us at first."
