Idyllic location, especially for children

Many thanks to Justine and her family for sharing their beautiful spot with us. Unfortunately it was just a short stay, but this is a beautifully renovated house with extensive garden and great access to all the local sites. Highly recommended.

A perfect place

We spent 12 nights in this very pleasant holiday home. The hostess was always available and very friendly. Our children were allowed to roam freely around the grounds, which was very exciting for little explorers! The house is located in a normal residential neighbourhood and you can spend time in the garden undisturbed and unobserved. The location was ideal for us to visit the many sights of Brittany from there. We felt very comfortable in the house. The rooms are cosy and the bedrooms even have shutters. The kitchen is also well equipped. However, a larger pot in which you could cook spaghetti for 5 people would not be a bad thing. We would rent the house again! La maison est vraiment très agréable, l’emplacement est très calme. La literie est confortable et propre. Justine l’hôte est au petit soin. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Juste un petit détail, Une deuxième salle de bain aurait été top car nous étions 8.

Que du positif…. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter de super sites (Dinan, Dinard, Cancale, Mont St Michel, cap frehel ) La maison est agréable, Justine et Maxime sont joignables et répondent à toutes nos attentes ou demandes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le chauffage et la cheminée les premiers jours . La literie est de qualité et les chambres de bonne taille. (pas de toilette à l’étage)

Schöner, ruhiger Aufenthalt bei hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin im Nachbarhaus

Trotz eher kühlem Regenwetter Mitte Juni war es im Haus behaglich warm, die Heizkörper konnten nach persönlichem Empfinden reguliert werden. Bad und Küche waren auf neuestem Stand eingerichtet, sehr praktisch auch die Hochstühle in der Küche fürs schnelle Frühstück. Der nicht einsehbare Garten mit Griller ist bei Schönwetter für eine Familie perfekt, um den recht hohen Restaurantpreisen zu entkommen. Die vielen Stufen können älteren Personen Probleme bereiten, speziell wenn sie nächtens das WC im tiefer liegenden Geschoß aufsuchen müssen.

sehr zentral - sehr ruhig

Das Haus ist sehr zentral und eignet sich ideal aus Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebeung. Das ist ein Vorteil, aber auch ein Nachteil, weil man für alles ein Auto braucht. Einkaufen geht sehr nah beim super U, der auch zu Fuss gut zu erreichen ist und wirklich eine riesen Auswahl an Produkten hat. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr problemlos, auch, wenn wir keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Trotz feuchtem, kühlem Wetter, war es im Haus angenehm und gemütlich. In der Küche findet sich alle, was man braucht. Eine Filterkaffee-Maschine ist nicht vorhane, dafür jedoch ein Kapsel- und ein Siebdruckgerät. Insgesamt war es ein netter, sehr ruhiger Aufenthalt.

La maison de Justine est idéalement placée pour découvrir cette belle région aux multiples visages entre Dinan, Saint Malo et Dinard pour les sites les plus connus, ou bien des villages et espaces naturels charmants et intimes. Super sejour. La maison est tres agreable,lumineuse et suffisamment spacieuse pour les 7 personnes presentes.Les enfants ont adoré le "jardin des hamacs" devant la maison et le grand jardin a l'arriere. Accueil de Justine au top! Nous recommandons vivement.
