Our cottage is quietly located in the hamlet of St Buc in Minihic s/ Rance. This old stone house brings the charm of the old and the comfort of its renovation.
It is ideally located between different tourist places: Dinard, Dinan, St Malo

It is made up of:

First floor:
* Modern and equipped kitchen/dining area (dishwasher, oven, hood, microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo) - access to the 2 enclosed gardens which allow children to play in peace.
* Cosy living room with pellet stove - front garden access
* WC with washing machine

Floor:
* 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90

The accommodation
The house has character but is completely renovated with modern and equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom. It is out of sight, quiet in the heart of the hamlet without direct opposite. The enclosed garden (as well as the door at the top of the stairs) ensures tranquility for young children.

Please note that:
* Sheets/towels are not included unless optional in exceptional cases if the rentals do not follow one another.
* The minimum rental period is 1 week during the summer holidays and 2 nights outside the holidays
* A contribution to the cost of electric heating is requested in winter (but free pellets)
