"I love the staff second time at the resort"

"We stayed here as a young family with 5 kids ages 3-13. When we booked this hotel I couldn't really find any reviews that described the beach/ocean since it's a l beachfront hotel so I'm hoping I will help paint a picture. The beach sits right across the non busy street-very close walk. The sand is dark and incredibly soft and goes on forever. There are some chairs and tables (not many maybe 6 chairs) under some shade to sit on. There are signs that say no swimming at this beach because of the rip tides. We swam as anyways but kept a close eye on our kids. We reached boogie boards for the 5 days we stayed at "the surfer factory" in Jaco. We boogie boarded and swam across from the hotel a couple times and enjoyed it but felt safer doing these things at Jaco Beach which isn't far. The waves there are perfect for boogie boarding and the water is so warm to swim in. There are no seashells at Hermosa Beach (the beach in front of the hotel) or Jaco and there is no snorkeling. Boogie boarding and surfing is what it's all about. Oh, and there are tons of Halloween Crabs at Hermosa Beach which was really cool. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were cleaned very well daily, the pool was nice, the breakfast that was included was a sit down hot breakfast and although there weren't many options, it filled us up and was satisfying. We saw many red macaw's in the area including two right out our balcony the first day. "

"Miss Julie does not provide a place to stay in Costa Rica, she provide THE Costa Rica hospitality experience everyone is looking for. She and her staff were there 24 hours a day and always available to us. We booked a trip amost every day, should say Miss Julie booked a trip almost everyday for us. We never had a problem or issue wirh any of the trips she sent us on. We checked with her before we did anything, from groceries to souvenirs, her expertise led us to the best places. The breakfasts she served were excellent and always on-time. The next time we go, we will always stay with her or who she recommends. You cannot go wrong with Julie, either this house or her hotel next door. Both beautiful properties, and hands down the best service in Costa Rica!!!! Thank you for giving us a truly memorable experience!!"
