The studio was just like the pictures. We had some issues with the safe and fridge on arrival but Jonathan was quick to come and fix the problems. The location is very accessible to groceries, restaurants, 5th Avenue and the beach. The rooftop pool area is nice and the building in general was very well kept and managed. There is a karaoke bar across the street that can be very loud until 3am. The screen door and clothes drying rack enhanced the balcony area. The fridge is ok but the freezer area for ice is limited. We stayed a month and didn't feel cramped although we could have used a few more amenities for self cooking.(Kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, upgrade pots and pans). There was little to no hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sink but the shower was ok. Overall the unit was good but could use a bit of a refresh. We would return again.
