On the first floor you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and 3 bedrooms with their private bathrooms. The upper floor is where the main suite is located, with access to the first terrace and your second terrace on the 3rd level of the house.



Villa Vista del Mar is located in the gated community of Playacar phase I and just 15 minutes from Fifth Avenue.
