Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay. Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.

The key will be available at the reception to ensure a smooth and uncomplicated check-in. We offer free parking in an underground garage, and guests have access to all the amenities of the complex. For security reasons, after 10 p.m., entry to the building will be permitted only to guests wearing wristbands. Access to the rooftop closes at 9pm

The condo features two bedrooms with king-size beds, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. The living room includes an L-shaped sofa that can accommodate two additional guests when arranged together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home.

The highlight of the property is the private rooftop terrace, offering your own outdoor space with a mini pool to cool off and relax. NOTE: The mini pool does not have jets or hot water.

Guests also have access to the building’s rooftop pool with sea and city views, two jacuzzis (heating available on request), 24/7 security, reception desk, and paid laundry facilities on-site.

For monthly stays of 28 nights or more: Electricity is charged separately as a flat fee: $150 USD per month from November through May and $200 USD per month from June through October, payable upon arrival.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you do you have a car, you can use the underground parking. Taxi's are also easy to get from this central location by walking one block to the main street.

The building has laundry facilities, which are managed by the building administration. You can purchase tokens at the reception.

Electricity is very expensive here, we kindly ask you not to leave the air conditioning on when you’re not home. At night, please set it to 22°C (72°F) or higher while sleeping to help conserve energy.

For Monthly Stays (28+ nights): Electricity is charged at a flat fee of 150 USD per month in the winter months (November - May) and 200 USD per month in the summer (June - October), paid separately upon arrival.

Access to the rooftop closes at 9 p.m.
