Great Penthouse but invasive security guardian

Location was perfect. The penthouse was on 2 floors, with direct access to the rooftop pool from the balcony. The appartment have all the commodity. The only negative comment i have is about the old security gardian that was too invasive and don t just do is job like normal security guard ( that mean not interfer for nothing). (the one there everyday except sunday, the one on sunday was perferct ). He was at entrance all the time. Because i don t feel free because of the guardian, i probably won t return even if the appartment was amazing.

Great Value!

Great location just a few blocks form Mamita's beach and right off 5th avenue in the heart of PDC. Not a "luxury" property but a great value for a great place. Underground parking was a huge plus. Wifi was pretty bad.

Excelente Apartamento.

O apartamento é ótimo. Ficamos hospedadas por 9 dias. Super bem localizado, amplo e confortável, ao lado da 5 avenida, com muitas opções de lojas para compras e restaurantes diversos. Super recomendo para quem quer curtir Playa del Carmen. Possui muito eletrodomésticos, inclusive máquina de lavar e secar. Ressalva da geladeira que teve que ser consertada, as cabeceiras das camas que necessitam ser trocadas e o chuveiro que a água para e volta de cair a todo o momento. Resolvendo estes detalhes fica perfeito o que já é ótimo.
