Definitely not luxury

Property needs lots of work! Kitchen tap kept falling off, towel rails loose in both bathrooms, leaking walls when raining. Needs a good clean and better pillows. Nothing supplied ie no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea or coffee. Not even a tea towel supplied to dry the dishes with. Far from town so need to taxi if you don’t have your own car. Cost was generally around MXN70-100 each way. No good restaurants or bars nearby. Would not stay here again.

The Property was perfect but the service surpassed it.

We arrived and the property was exactly like the pictures. We had one issue with an empty gas tank and did not have hot water for our first morning but the response to resolve the issues was exceptional. My family enjoyed the property.

Playa stay

There were a couple of minor issues when we arrived with one bathroom not being thoroughly clean and no toilet paper at all (this was slightly before the COVID-19 shortage), but the issues were resolved within 20 minutes of our contacting Alberto. Overall the place was very clean and well organized. It was in a great location to be able to sit on the balcony from our room and watch the kids in the pool. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and there is a Soriana and an Oxxo very nearby.
