Kitchen & Dining: The full kitchen includes a stove top, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. There's a granite breakfast bar with seating, ideal for enjoying meals or working remotely with fast WiFi.



Bedroom Area: A queen-size bed with vibrant textiles and ample closet space makes for a relaxing retreat. Blackout curtains and a ceiling fan add extra comfort.



Bathroom: The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, fresh towels, basic toiletries, and modern fixtures.

Everything you could need is nearby. We suggest grabbing a coffee at WOW Cafe nearby and then going for a nice stroll down 5th Ave. to see all the hustle and bustle and enjoy great people-watching. Or just relax at the condo’s rooftop, which has a spectacular view, rooftop pool and lounge! Soak up the sun or swim in the pool and enjoy an easy breezy day.

This is a self-check-in property and you’ll find the keys in the lockbox. We'll provide you the code before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is in the heart of downtown Playa, very close to the famous 5th Ave pedestrian walk street with shopping, souvenirs, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Great beach clubs, like Fusion, INTI and Thompson Beach House, are just 5 blocks away. And it's just a 3-minute walk from Walmart!

Getting Around:

The condo is about a 50-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in the Syrena Living condo building in downtown Playa. The best way to arrive is to pre-arrange transportation or a rental car. If you don’t feel like renting a car and driving, taxis are always available; just be sure to take registered taxis only! Once in town, there are taxis and public bicycles available at the BiciPlaya stands. You can rent by the day or by the journey.



There are also 2 ADO bus stations for day trips to nearby locations:

- 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez

- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12

We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like toilet paper and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Because of its prime location, you may hear noise at night from nearby establishments. **There is a bar across the street that’s open until midnight, which can get noisy. If you’re a light sleeper or like to go to bed early, keep that in mind.**

- A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short-term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check-out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property, and close all windows and doors when you use it.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and there is a fee for extra guests.

- There’s a maximum visitor capacity of 4 people. Visitors have access until 10 pm. No visitor can enter after 10 pm.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Please note that a mandatory cleaning service is required every 21 nights during your stay, for $30 USD. For stays between 21 and 42 nights, an additional $30 cleaning fee will apply, and for stays between 42 and 63 nights, the total cleaning fee will be $60. For every subsequent 21-night period, an additional $30 cleaning fee will be charged.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed. The owner has severe pet allergies, so this rule is strictly enforced.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
