Liked: Cleanliness
Matias was a great host and is highly recommended. There was lots of communication and Matias paid attention to little details to make sure we had a warm welcome. There were lots of little extra amenities that we appreciated, and he accommodated our requests. The location is very good, close to 5th Ave and the beach, but far enough removed that you still have quiet. While the building itself is older, there are lots of little modern updates that make for a great stay.
