Loved this hotel. It was very clean, the AC worked perfectly, and there was always plenty of hot water. They even provide organic shampoo. The hotel has a lovely tropical feel, almost like staying in a little jungle. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Quinta Avenida, with Starbucks next door. The ADO station is only about a 6–7 minute walk away, and Walmart is also just a few minutes away. The Wi-Fi was very good, and they gave me the safe key without charging extra. There is some noise from the nearby bars, but it did not bother me, and the hotel provides earplugs. Mary and Micaela at reception were both very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would happily bring my family next time.

Great hotel with an excellent team. The location is perfect, close to everything you need, and the staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and courteous throughout the stay. We originally booked four days but enjoyed it so much that we extended for another four. Highly recommended..

Convenient location near 5th Avenue and 2 blocks away from Zenzi Beach Club…great value and a nice oasis close to the action…just make sure you bring good ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper because you could hear the bass of nightclub up the block…

The place was very clean and kept up. The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Its on a small road near shops, bars and food. Less than a block from the main walking area (5th st i believe). To me the place had an authentic Mexican vibe to it that i was looking for. Not a corporation hotel, upper end mom and pop. Very happy with it and will stay there again.
