My Casita is your Casa! Situated in Residencia La Coccinella - a boutique 12-Unit complex - located in a preferred Playa del Carmen location. Caribbean ⛱ Sea: two minute walk close. Restaurants and shops just around the corner from complex' secured Calle 28th and Calle 30th gates.

La Coccinella's one-of-a-kind setting offers refreshing tropical Garden-Pool sanctuary - after a day of excursions or beach time. Less than a 1/4 mile to the popular beach clubs: Mamita's and KOOL. Excellent restaurants, cafes, bistros and high-end-to-traditional shops line 5th Ave. The entire complex consist of 12 privately owned condos. This One-bedroom unit offers an extra comfy King-sized bed and is furnished with all the comforts of home. Second bed is a sturdy sofa-sleeper in the Living Room. A double-sized quality futon fold-out mattress.

Both the Living Room & Bedroom have AC w remote control. Both living spaces have large high quality three-speed ceiling fans as well. Relax with secured WiFi service everywhere in my condo. Catch a flick or favorite show on the flat screen television. Connect your laptop with the provided HDMI cable for streaming preferences.

The Kitchen has every item you might desire for: blending drinks, cooking up an omelette, preparing toast, making a tropical fruit salad or prepping items to BBQ or grill in the patio's full-size WEBER barbecue grill.

The private pool-side patio is ideal for enjoying the beauty and sanctuary of our tropical garden-pool courtyard. Umbrella for shade around a patio table with three-padded armchairs. (See listing's photos)

This lovely home-away-from-home, sleeps three adults very comfortably. And is positioned on the garden-pool level of the 12-unit complex. Designed with a blend of European and Mexican styling, our 'authentic-Playa' complex is a superbly maintained Playa del Carmen Classic.

Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, some relaxing sun on a Guest's lounge chairs. Or go to, Mamita’s Beach Club or other great near-by beach club choices. Want to enjoy the turquoise waters of ‘El Caribe’/the Caribbean? If you choose a beach club, they will provide you with a chaise, a shady sombrilla/umbrella and friendly food and beverage service.

Besides Spanish, English and Italian---you will hear languages from around the world. The international mix of locals, business owners and tourists enhances Playa del Carmen's cosmopolitan vibe.

Please note that Playa del Carmen in general has noisy bars and restaurants. Particularly in its "City Center": Calle 10th (south) to Calle 38th (north), along Fifth Avenue. Our Guests find our noise-abating suggestions very satisfactory. Or have no issues with - even like - area's lively music. The once very loud nightclub mentioned in some older reviews is gone! Yippee...

Fly into Cancun International Airport and take a rental car, ADO bus, taxi or shuttle 45 minutes south to Playa del Carmen. We'll gladly help you schedule your transfer with Aldo -- our favorite professional transfer service. Enjoy you vacation!
