Welcome to your sea view apartment in Playa del Carmen. Condo Caballito de Mar is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with an ocean view terrace in the Corto Maltes Condominiums.



Your condominium facing the sea has a terrace with an ocean view and is located in the Corto Maltes Condominiums. Enjoy endless hours sunbathing or relaxing by the turquoise sea. The famous Playa del Carmen lighthouse is also just outside your door and can be easily seen from your terrace. On the ground floor, at the front of Corto Maltes facing the ocean, is the beachfront restaurant Zenzi with live music and excellent food and drinks.



The condominium accommodates 4 adults - 2 in the main suite with a king bed and 2 in the guest suite with a double bed. The living room also has a sofa bed that accommodates 2. Both the main suite and the living room have ocean views, as does the large terrace in front of the living room.



The Corto Maltes Condominiums are located on Street 10 and the beach in sunny Playa del Carmen, Mexico. It is only 2 blocks away (1 minute walking) from the trendy Fifth Avenue, the lively pedestrian street with over a mile of shopping and restaurant options.

Amazing!!

This condo was absolutely amazing! Great location, great view and super comfortable. One word of advice, if you want to sleep late chose the room closest to the front door. The hustle and bustle starts early. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful family trip-Excellent location

This condo is right in the heart of downtown Playa! Great location, 1 min walk to 5th ave. My family and I spent a lovely week in Playa. We loved the pool. Secure parking is available, however a car is not needed due to the close proximity to the shops, restaurants/bars and beach. It is exactly as described, and excellently maintained, very clean.
