This hotel is close enough to walk throughout the center of Playa del Carmen. The rooftop pool and restaurant are lovely. They have underground parking for an additional fee. If you are hoping to go clubbing, you can walk to all the major clubs nearby without having the noise from them ruin your nights sleep. The only low point was the water pressure in the shower was very low, but I also experienced that at another hotel in town, so it might just be the case everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Cache. Great location and nice rooms. They do have live music at night so be aware if you are looking for something more quiet, but we didn’t mind since we had earplugs. The rooftop pool was also very nice and friendly staff. Gracias!

With my experience at the time of our stay from Feb 27-March 6, was not good as we had a toilet issue and the hotel didn’t do much to accommodate us. Also they had no maintenance person on site and I had to take care of the issue myself. They said at the end of our stay that they would credit us 1night but we have yet to see the credit back to us.
