Disliked: Cleanliness

Lack of cleanliness

The unit itself was quite appealing, spacious, tastefully decorated and conveniently located. However, our stay was marred by significant cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, we noticed dirty sheets (hair) they were changed when I messaged the manager. The cabinet doors were greasy, and there was food residues on the kitchen counters, utensils, plates, glasses. This necessitated re-washing before use. No hangers in any closets, no salads bowls of any size, I had to buy a couple, no enough towels. We understand that the owner relies and delegate responsabilities to the manager however, we never met the manager or knew her name, the communication was via WhatsApp (I asked her name and no answer). She never asked if we need anything. Being a nice apartment these details are very important to make the stay comfortable and make you want to return.
