The Neighborhood:
Playa del Carmen is the Mayan Riviera’s heart. Located just one hour away from Cancun, it’s close to several Mayan ruins, cenotes and beautiful tropical islands. Here the beaches are smooth with busy beach clubs and friendly people. Around you’ll find several adventure parks and attractions between Cancun and Tulum.
Around your home you’ll find quite a variety of shopping options and tasty Mexican and international food, along with fresh juice bars and vegan-friendly options to delight everyone.

There is free street parking available at the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Playa del Carmen to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
