It was a bit frustrating driving 4 hrs to be told that our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 when check in time was 3. Then when we came back after attending the concert at the Strawberry festival there was no parking available because of all the construction equipment in the parking lot. But the young lady who was working allowed us to park in the front. She was extremely nice and the issues had nothing to do with her.
