Well it was only for a night and it was cheap but the TV was completely screwed up. Lines all the way across it and hardly any picture. Also dropped something under the bed and when I went to retrieve it I found a bunch of grapes under the bed. Like I said it was only for the night but bad TV and unlcean

I made a reservation and when I arrived they said it had been canceled due to overbooking. This was a major inconvenience given it was late at night and snowing. They were not even apologetic. I was not impressed.

First room we were assigned the television didn’t have a cable box, so we were assigned a second room. Second room was dirty with floss sticks on the floor/toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom. We were never given WiFi information or where the continental breakfast room was. Funny, the desk clerk told us we should have stayed at the Red Lion across the freeway… An old tired hotel….

Despite the age and condition of the place, they make it work Shower head is quirky, and the hvac is far too noisy, but we got used to each other in the end. Thanks to a crack cleaning staff, the floors remain in good shape.

Had roach problem. Saw cockroach crawling the wall near bed so had to kill it with towel. But it wasn't only one. Also there was old food left in the fridge (I don't know from when) and inside fridge wasn't clean. The room had many stains everywhere. I asked the hair dryer and the front desk brought / installed it but the handle part was sticky. TV remote was not working and there seemed to be only one channel available. Big question if or how the room is cleaned.

No heat in the room but after pushbacking on their pushback they refunded 100% when they were only going to refund 40% complaining that they were charged a fee by the booking platform - so when I asked the guy whether I should call the booking platform and ask them for the other 60% is when he refunded the total price. THEN the booking platform gave a bonus BESIDES

Where to start. Torn hole the size of a volleyball in comforter, I mean tattered with a big chunk missing. TV remote was missing back so they used scotch tape to hold the batteries in. Coffee maker was broken, though they did bring a working one. Toilet was broken, a seal. When I flushed didn’t work and water came gushing out from the base of the toilet. When I reported it the front desk was rude like it’s my fault. Moved me to a different room right next to the freeway, windows do old the noise was so loud I had to sleep with the tv way up to not hear it. When I moved rooms and asked for extra blankets front desk said rudely you have a heater. She did guve in and hit them to me. Same blankets from other room, comforter with huge hole. I was in town for my sister’s memorial service and didn’t have it in me to change hotels otherwise I would have. The pillows are so old and either flat or some weird lumpy shape. Has to have been there for years and years. Gross. I can’t believe hotels.com would have this horrible hotel at their site. The man who checked me in was nice. That’s about it.

The only thing nice about this Hotel is the name. It was the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at. If there was another option we would have left and forfeited the money and stayed elsewhere. My entire family was appalled. There was hair and dirt on the toilets and on the ground, a large toenail on the bed, and bugs in the shower. We literally slept and left. I would never recommend this hotel, in fact, it should be reported to The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA). Zero stars.

While the Staff is exceptional and top notch, the room was definitely upgraded. Granited tub walls nd bathroom counter top. Room however smelled of old dirty weed. While I was staying only 1 night, since it was snowing badly and road was closed, I could not sleep. I had roaches on the sink, in the sink, on the wayll by the door, in the tub and lamp shade. All posing for photos and staring at me from the lamp shade as I was laying in bed. Pretty damn hard to get sleep, since it was midnight by the time I was able to.
