Megan at the front desk was amazing. The property is under renovation and we were situated in a room that was very comfortable. There was work that needed to be done, but the bed was amazing. The pillows were amazing. We had a very restful night sleep with staff like this people we keep on coming back she goes above and beyond.

We chose Quality Inn & Suites specifically because they advertised they had a hot tub and swimming pool, but when we arrived, they said that both were broken. In the morning there was no hot water for showers.

Working over by this hotel. It's a toss up if you're going to get a hot shower or cold. The staff just says oh sorry. Cold shower after working outside all day sucks. They also only clean room once every three or 4 days!
