The room was clean and renovated, but breakfast was a mess. I pre-paid for breakfast on my checkout morning. There was no host or sign at the cafe. When I found someone, I was told I needed to go to the front desk (which had a wait) for a breakfast voucher. When I returned to the cafe with my voucher, they "rung me up" first and handed me a plate for the buffet, but the buffet had no serving utensils at all and no condiments. The process was so slow, burdensome and disorganized, that it almost caused me to miss by flight out of Pittsburgh.
