False Advertisement
I have never posted a review before, especially not about a hotel I’ve stayed in. However, I feel compelled to share my experience to help. I have never posted a review before on anything, let alone a hotel that I have stayed I am posting this review to save others from my mistake and staying at this hotel.
The pictures of the hotel are completely staged and false advertisement of what the hotel does not look like. This is a very out dated hotel. It is dirty, the carpets are stained, the floors in the elevators have stains on them. I never once saw a housekeeping cart in the hallway of the floor that I was on once in teh 3 days I was there. The rooms are dark and dreary, and there were bugs in the room. My husband killed one on the counter by the refrigerator. I thought it was a fluck thing until I woke up the next night and a black bug was crawling across the bathroom floor. The entire room set up was ridiculous but imparticularly the bathroom door was litterally shaved doen to by pass the toilet so it would close. The windows are super thin I heard the crowd of people hanging outside Saturday night until 0200 Sunday morning by the entrance of the hotel carrying on and partying. The breakfast is horrible. There was some sort of mystery meat hash I couldn't make out what it was. No labels on anything. Barley any selection or variety. This was a complete fraud/rip off of money for what the hotel charges. Save yourself the angst. I will never stay in a Hyatt Hotel ever again.
