The building is in good shape. One piece of furniture in our room was in poor shape but the rest of the room was fine and our stay was good. The breakfast is basic but sufficient.

There was a children's hockey tournament going on at the arena across the street. Which made the stay a bit chaotic, but understandable. All guests young and old were well behaved and having fun. The staff were minimally accommodating.
