I booked for two nights. I told the lady checking me in that I may not be able to stay the second night, and she said that it would be ok. Unfortunately, I did have to check out the next morning. The man who checked me out was not helpful and informed me that I would still have to pay for the second night. I was checking out at 9:00 am. He was very reluctant to help in anyway. When I asked who I could talk with or call, he said he would take care of it and made a quick note. He gave me no assurance that this would in fact be done. He told me to watch my bank statement to see if it was done. This is the first time that I have been treated like this in any Quality Inn. At this point, I will not use Quality Inn facility Gary Vezza

Rooms was dirty had to switch rooms and the other one was still dirty. A working just walks in our room when packing up to change rooms asking was we leaving the room. Bathrooms was dirty as well didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower there.

The room is in need of a deep clean, there was debris in the corners of the room; a smashed lampshade on a table; the shower gel was located next to the "closet" where you hang clothes, not in the bathroom; the "TV Guide" in a plexiglass stand was filthy. the exhaust fan for the bathroom was over the sink and very noisy; and the blankets on the beds were incredibly thin.

First I will say that the staff were polite and helpful. But the room itself reeked of smoke and when we opened the mini-fridge, it still had the garbage in it that the last occupants left. A wine bottle, open drink and open yogurt. Floors appeared clean, but when we looked under the bed before leaving to make sure we had everything, there was garbage and dirt underneath. I am sensitive to smoke, so I spent the whole night snuffling and wheezing. I never write critical reviews, but I was disappointed in the experience for the price point. On the positive side, the area is safe, and right next to a restaurant.

Disappointing

Our stay was very disappointing and to think we had to pay $150 is ridiculous. The whole atmosphere was of a somewhat brokened down, outdated place. The outside hallways were dirty and dimly lighted. The bathroom was the worst. For whatever reason the bathtub/ shower sits about 6 inches higher than normal. It is a struggle getting into it, but very difficult to get out of. They do have a sign warning one about exiting the tub. There is one handle bar, but it is on a wall outside of the tub. The towels are a very cheap quality, but there is a sign by the sink stating that a significant charge will be add to your credit card, if they are missing. Also, there is no maid service. If you want fresh towels, you have to turn your used ones nto the desk. Fresh ones may be available or you may have to wait quite a few hours for them. It is obvious that they only have a few employees that have to do multiple jobs. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this Inn.
