Loved the 75 inch TV and fireplace. The showerhead was awesome. Loved the updated room. The room did not have a closet to hang up our coats though and could have used an ottoman to put your feet up. We would definitely stay here again though because we loved the updated room, the TV and the fireplace.

Just a great overall experience. Though it looked like the remodels to the property are not yet complete, that why 5 Stars for property conditions. Once remodeling is complete I’m sure it’ll look much better.

What a hidden gem! Unassuming on the outside, the room was modern, had great features like an electric fireplace and a massive TV, the toiletries were top of the line, and all the linens were so soft. I would stay here every time.

Mixed emotions on this one. Advised on Orbitz as pet friendly, but told when we got there they weren't. After much conversation they did allow us to have our dog in the room for an additional charge. The room itself was clean but had no closet or even a hook to hang clothes. We were traveling because of a wedding, so we had clothes that needed hung. It appeared that they just remodeled so things were nicer than ot seemed they would be from the lobby. Great large tv and a working electric linear fireplace. Large rain head shower.

There is no elevator, no closet in the room, the night lights next to the bed didn't work (didn't see where there was an outlet to connect) the phone didn't work. I reported this to the person at the front desk but nothing had been addressed by the time I returned that night, the parking lot is very small and didn't have many spaces it was not well lit. I took the last open spot one night. There is nothing extra nice about this hotel. Also,The name on my car directions was not Wexford.

The room was clean, modern, and had a massive flat screen TV. The shower head was huge and the shower was amazing. This is by far the best $75 hotel I’ve ever stayed at. That room could go for $150 plus but it was only $75 for one night. Amazing value. I’ll stay there again!

This was not an ideal hotel for an anniversary trip. There were two holes in the wall and two large screws coming out of the wall above the holes, looks like someone made a feeble attempt to hang a large heavy mirror on the wall with screws, without looking for studs? Rather than fixing the issue they just left the mirror on the floor beneath the holes. There was a nice industrial looking apparatus intended for hanging your clothes, but we couldn’t use it because it was also screwed into the wall and barely hanging on. There was no iron in the room, no conditioner, no coffee anywhere in the hotel, nobody cleaned the room, and it took almost a whole day to pick up our bag of trash from the hallway. I guess I should have read what features the room did and didn’t have, but in my experience those things have been standard? If this is a family operation and they are making an attempt at getting things up and going I can understand that, you made some good choices on design. The bathroom tile and furnishing are nice, but I recommend just a little more effort on the customer service so your guests feel comfortable and welcome.

I had been at the end of a long week due to my father having a heart attack last Friday. This Friday, I rented a room at this hotel. I showed up early, 11:00 am to the hotel which was empty. I explained my situation and that I needed to get down to the hospital AGH. That my dad was just extubated and I just wanted to leave our luggage so it wasn’t in the car while in the hospital . The young lady told me it would be $55.00 to check in early. When I looked at her with unbelief she then began negotiating with me very condescendingly stating if my budget would not allow, how much could I afford? Avoid this unfinished “hotel”. It appears ICE was near by and took all the workers. There is construction debris everywhere. That coupled with a severely mismanaged “hotel” is enough for this traveler to never set foot on their property again. No class.
The shelf was bent and coming off the wall.
