It says free breakfast but all they offer is waffles, and fruit - All of the juice machines were out, and the bread was stale The beds were the most uncomfortable Ive ever slept in, almost like sleeping on a floor and the pillows had no substance to them what so ever. The staff was certainly nice, the location was very convenient, and the price was quite low for a hotel (which is why I booked it). The only thing cheaper was a motel or something like a Red Roof Inn. So, I went with a hotel thinking it would be a bit nicer. Microtel really wasn't. The building condition was what you'd expect from an $80-$90 a night motel. So, if low price is your main goal, Microtel is about the same as a motel but costs a little more, so might as well book the motel instead.
