Love the staff, hotel is very clean and the appreance was fantastic. I was so disappointed in the TV in my room. No smart TV in the room. The tv made the decor look awful. Also computer did not work in the lobby. I stayed in the Indigo for Seven days and also had three rooms book. These item are much needed in a hotel. I am planning a trip for New Years and I want to book the Indigo again but without having a smart TV or computer I probably need to stay at the Hyatt House.

Kind of dirty. I woke up with gray hairs in my hair bc they didn't change the sheets. There were pubes all over the shower in the far end. Room was really dark and poor lighting. I woke up every 30 minutes because of engine braking from semi trucks on I376 parkway. Kind of terrible experience. Putting this 2 out of 5 for views (as 1 out of 5 may seem like someone is griping for no reason)

My car got scratched in the parking lot. Front desk didn’t gave me a receipt upon check out. It is not possible to get to a real person while using their customer services phone lines and the AI “agent” just spins you round and round without providing any rea solutions until it hangs up on you. The “reservation number” is not any of the numbers I have on my Expedia information, so as of right now it is not possible for me to get the receipt from my stay.
