Hotel staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Our suite exceeded our expectations- very spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel lobby and breakfast area fall decor was warm and inviting. Would stay here again if we return to the Pittsburgh area.

The light over the sink in the bathroom did not work as well as a wall light. Microwave did not work but there were no instructions on how to work it. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel--good food, beautiful lobby, staff very friendly and helpful.

a positive experience

Overall, a very positive experience. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. One slight negative was the condition of the office chair in the room-seat was badly worn and shabby-looking.

The clerk who greeted us at entry was a friendly pro. Kudos to her boss for hiring her. Breakfast was set up perfectly, despite a wide array of choices. Juice and coffee machines worked properly and made delicious drinks. I rarely tip the breakfast maker, but I did this time. Room was clean and everything in the bathroom worked including the sink drain. Soap bottles (Dove) in the shower were sparkling clean and full, and the dispensers worked great. Nice place to stay!
