All staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. The WiFi is free and easy to sign onto. Our King size bed room was clean and comfortable, though the bed was a little harder than ideal. Maybe put something like an egg crate mattress topper under the sheets? The bathroom was sparkling. Great lighting and mirror. Showerhead has three settings to choose from. Great water pressure. Heat/air conditioning works perfectly. It was a bit warm for me when we first entered the room (72 degrees F) so my husband turned it down to 68 degrees and after it cooled down, it maintained the set temperature throughout the rest of our stay. I loved the nice chair in the corner with the little table with it and the hassock as well. We both used it at different times for reading or surfing the web. There’s a Great space for suitcases just under the giant television which works beautifully. Large mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and clock radio/alarm all included in room. Our clock had the wrong time on it, so my husband fixed it. Really a very pleasant stay. Though it’s about 10 miles / 30 minutes (depending on traffic) from the Monroeville Convention Center (the reason we are in the area) I’m glad we stayed here as it was more affordable than hotels nearby the center and we got to experience the Homestead area instead of just Monroeville. I’d stay here again.

The floor of the elevator was cracked and broken and dirty. The room may have had a bed bug infestation....I'll find out after a trip to see my doctor tomorrow. Also, the beds are hard as rocks....worst night's sleep ever in a hotel.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the person that checked us in. She was so nice and just a lovely person. The hotel is very tiny but well kept and the staff was awesome! Location was great. Lots of shopping and convenient to all that the waterfront had to offer.

Parking was crowded. The first morning I got up late and I apologized to the cleanup staff, but I informed them, as I was leaving for an appointment at 11:30am that the room could be cleaned up now. I returned at 4pm the room was never touched. Even the second day, at 11am, the room had not been cleaned yet, and I felt I had to inform the staff I wanted the room cleaned. (It really was not bad) but I, at least, wanted the bed made and have clean towels.
