Overall it was decent, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with a lot of selection and was fresh. The hotel and parking felt safe. Nice neighborhood with many stores and restaurants nearby. Two things fell short, the first being the beds, the mattresses were quite lumpy, hard and uncomfortable- after 3 nights I have a tremendous backache. The other incident which was taken care of was the first room had a broken cable to the TV so no TV the night we checked in, we had to be out the next morning so it wasn’t until late afternoon that we addressed it and they had no maintenance person on duty to take care of it so we had to pack everything up and change rooms. Second room had a working TV but sadly the same rough mattress! For the price it was good, not sure I would pick it again all because of the mattresses!

Food was mediocre which i would categorize are mid to lower level hotel food, powered eggs, luck warm, sides, not much selection. Room was clean but noisily and articals like toilet paper required having to get more from the front desk.

The room was nice and the hotel is brand new and modern. I think the shower could have been a little cleaner and I would’ve liked the room serviced daily. However, overall a nice stay and the breakfast was good and had a nice variety!
