The hotel was in a fabulous location and I couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to be as it was so close to the leaning tower of Pisa. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and I couldnā€™t have asked for more. The hotel is very dated, it could do with an upgrade, however for the price I felt it was reasonable. The mini fridge in the room wasnā€™t working and as they didnā€™t offer breakfast it meant that my fruit went bad so I couldnā€™t eat it. But my stay was comfortable and it covered my needs.
