All major amenities, including bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, are within easy reach of the apartment. <br><br>The center of Pisa is about a 25-minute drive away.<br><br>The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom.<br><br><br><br>CIR: 050026LTN1523<br><br>CIN: IT050026C22MT5PPD5<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows: <br><br><br><br>- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed, 42-inch TV, dining table, and ceiling fan; <br><br>- KITCHEN with 4-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses; <br><br>- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, and ceiling fan;<br><br>- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, washing machine, and toilet.<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, 2 fans, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.<br><br>A crib is available upon request, subject to availability.<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator.<br><br><br><br>The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.<br><br><br><br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Pisa, which is €2.50 per person per night.<br><br>We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy. <br><br>You can find all the information on the official AlloggiatiWeb website:<br><br><br><br>Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).<br><br>Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.<br><br>Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C.
